My name is Gili Dar and I met you on your visit in Israel.  What I learned from you absolutely changed my life. Personally and professionally. I am unable to ignore or dismiss what I now know and understand.

I am a Certified Nurse Midwife employed by the University of California San Diego Medical Center. We sponsored a neonatal resuscitation workshop for our staff, taught by Karen Strange. Ms Strange is able to teach the techniques of resuscitation in a relaxed, calm, empowering fashion. She minimizes performance anxiety by creating a casual, informal, and highly effective teaching/learning environment.

I am writing to endorse the Neonatal Resuscitation Program offered by Karen Strange. I had the pleasure of participating in the course she offered to our midwife program in December 2004. Her approach to the course was innovative and inspirational while achieving the goal of developing competency in neonatal resuscitation.
